See's Fudge

Ingredients

- 4 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 (14 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow cream
- 3 (12 ounce) bags semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups coarsely chopped nuts
Recipe
- 1 in a large saucepan, mix sugar with evaporated milk.
- 2 stir well to dissolve sugar.
- 3 bring to a rolling boil for 7 to 8 minutes.
- 4 in a large bowl, cream butter and marshmallow cream until fluffy.
- 5 stir in chocolate chips.
- 6 pour hot mixture over chocolate mixture.
- 7 when chocolate is melted, add vanilla and nuts.
- 8 blend well.
- 9 pour into a buttered 9 x 13 pan.
- 10 chill.
- 11 cut into squares before becoming firm.
- 12 caution: this makes a lot of fudge!
