Rocky Roads

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 200 g milk chocolate
  • 25 g dark chocolate
  • 75 g brazil nuts
  • 75 g mini marshmallows

Recipe

  • 1 melt the chocolate in either a microwave or in a bowl that's suspended over a pan of simmering water.
  • 2 roughly chop the brazil nuts, then mix everything together.
  • 3 drop heaped teaspoons onto a lined baking sheet and leave to cool in a cold place, though not the fridge if at all possible cos the chocolate won't be so shiny.
