Ingredients

- 200 g milk chocolate
- 25 g dark chocolate
- 75 g brazil nuts
- 75 g mini marshmallows
Recipe
- 1 melt the chocolate in either a microwave or in a bowl that's suspended over a pan of simmering water.
- 2 roughly chop the brazil nuts, then mix everything together.
- 3 drop heaped teaspoons onto a lined baking sheet and leave to cool in a cold place, though not the fridge if at all possible cos the chocolate won't be so shiny.
