Ingredients

- 2 (6 ounce) packages stella doro sponge cookies
- 1/2 cup milk, mixed with
- 2 tablespoons good rum
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce) box vanilla pudding mix, prepared with
- 2 cups milk (may vary for your mix)
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce) box chocolate pudding mix, prepared with
- 2 cups milk (may vary for your mix)
- cool whip
- maraschino cherry, cheeries
Recipe
- 1 dunk cookies thoroughly in rum milk mixture.
- 2 using a 9x12-inch glass pan line bottom with cookies.
- 3 using prepared vanilla pudding cover the 1st layer of cookies.
- 4 repeat using another layer of dunked cookies.
- 5 cover with prepared chocolate pudding.
- 6 refrigerate until ready to serve.
- 7 cut into 12 squares, top with cool whip and cherries.
