Rocky Road Candy

Ingredients

• 1 (12 ounce) package semisweet chocolate morsels
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 (10 1/2 ounce) package regular mini marshmallows
• 1 cup finely chopped pecans or 1 cup walnuts

Recipe

• 1 combine chocolate and buttr in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil.
• 2 reduce heat to low; cook until chocolate melts. cool to lukewarm.
• 3 stir in marshmallows and pecans.
• 4 shape into 2 rolls 2 inches in diameter. chill. slice into 1/2 inch slices.
