Rocky Road Candy (fudge)

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 18
  • 2 (24 ounce) packages semi-sweet chocolate chips (i like ghirardelli)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 20 ounces miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Recipe

  • 1 grease 9x13 pan.
  • 2 place chocolate chips and butter in a large bowl. cover with plastic wrap.
  • 3 microwave at on medium or low 7-9 minutes or until the chocolate and butter can be stirred smooth.
  • 4 add in marshmallows and nuts, blending well.
  • 5 spread evenly in the greased pan.
  • 6 refrigerate until firm.
  • 7 cut into squares and enjoy.
