Rocky Road Candy (fudge)

Ingredients

- 2 (24 ounce) packages semi-sweet chocolate chips (i like ghirardelli)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 20 ounces miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Recipe
- 1 grease 9x13 pan.
- 2 place chocolate chips and butter in a large bowl. cover with plastic wrap.
- 3 microwave at on medium or low 7-9 minutes or until the chocolate and butter can be stirred smooth.
- 4 add in marshmallows and nuts, blending well.
- 5 spread evenly in the greased pan.
- 6 refrigerate until firm.
- 7 cut into squares and enjoy.
