Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lbs ricotta cheese
• 6 eggs
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 tablespoon orange rind or 1/4 teaspoon orange extract
• 1/2 tablespoon lemon rind or 1/4 teaspoon lemon extract
• 1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/4 cup liqueur (like galliano)

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees. mix all ingredients together. spray bottom of 9" x 13" glass dish with cooking spray. bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until set and golden brown. chill for 8 hours. cut into 2" x 2" pieces. makes about 24.
