Pinot Noir Cake

Ingredients
- 250 g butter
- 250 g flour
- 200 g brown sugar
- 4 eggs (whole)
- 125 ml red wine (pinot noir, merlot, whatever you like)
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons milk chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Recipe
- 1 beat butter, vanilla extract and sugar until fluffy.
- 2 add eggs and continue mixing (for quite a while until batter is very creamy).
- 3 mix flour and baking powder.
- 4 add red wine and flour alternately to dough.
- 5 add cinnamon, cocoa and chocolate chips.
- 6 bake at 175°c for about 60 minutes.
