Super Easy Coconut Rum Balls

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (350 g) box arrowroot cookies
  • 1 (200 g) package chocolate wafer cookies
  • 1 cup sweetened coconut (shredded)
  • 1 (300 ml) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup rum (spiced or )
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • chocolate sprinkles
  • cocoa powder
  • icing sugar (powdered)
  • berry sugar

Recipe

  • 1 crush cookies into a bowl.
  • 2 add coconut an sugar, mix well.
  • 3 stir in rum.
  • 4 mix in condensed milk until dough is sticky.
  • 5 roll into 1 inch balls, then coat with desired garnish (my favorite is chocolate sprinkles) place on a cookie sheet.
  • 6 chill in refrigerator for 2 hours before transferring into air tight storage containers.
  • 7 these treats can be eaten right away but taste better as time passes.
