Super Easy Coconut Rum Balls

Ingredients
- 1 (350 g) box arrowroot cookies
- 1 (200 g) package chocolate wafer cookies
- 1 cup sweetened coconut (shredded)
- 1 (300 ml) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup rum (spiced or )
- 1/2 cup sugar
- chocolate sprinkles
- cocoa powder
- icing sugar (powdered)
- berry sugar
Recipe
- 1 crush cookies into a bowl.
- 2 add coconut an sugar, mix well.
- 3 stir in rum.
- 4 mix in condensed milk until dough is sticky.
- 5 roll into 1 inch balls, then coat with desired garnish (my favorite is chocolate sprinkles) place on a cookie sheet.
- 6 chill in refrigerator for 2 hours before transferring into air tight storage containers.
- 7 these treats can be eaten right away but taste better as time passes.
