Ingredients

- 1 (300 g) packet frozen raspberries
- 1 1/4 cups cream
- 18 small meringues
- 2 flaky chocolate candy bars, roughly broken
Recipe
- 1 thaw raspberries according to directions on packet.
- 2 using electric beaters, whip cream until soft peaks form.
- 3 fold raspberries through whipped cream until just combined.
- 4 arrange meringues on serving plates.
- 5 spread cream mixture over and sprinkle with chocolate.
