Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 0.5 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
Recipe
- 1 combine sugar and milk.
- 2 bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- 3 continue boiling without stirring to 235 degrees by a candy thermometer.
- 4 add butter and vanilla.
- 5 cool to lukewarm 110 degrees.
- 6 add peanut butter.
- 7 beat until mixture begins to thicken and loses it's gloss.
- 8 at once stir in chocolate chips.
- 9 turn into greased 8 x 4 inch pan.
- 10 cut into squares.
