- canned whipped cream
- chocolate sprinkles
- english toffee, chopped in tiny pieces (heath bar)
Recipe
- 1 mix milk and syrup in a glass.
- 2 stir in toffie.
- 3 top with a generous amount of whipped cream.
- 4 sprinkle jimmies on top.
