Protein Power Balls

Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup corn flakes, plain
- 3/4 cup powdered soy protein concentrate
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, finely chopped
- 1 cup sweetened coconut, toasted
Recipe
- 1 combine all but coconut. work with your hands to combine well.
- 2 scoop out spoonfuls and roll into golf ball sized balls.
- 3 roll in coconut to coat.
- 4 refrigerate at least one hour.
- 5 store in airtight container in fridge for up to one week.
