Strawberries With Caramel Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

• 150 g cooking chocolate, chopped
• 1/2 cup thickened cream
• 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• extra cream, for garnish
• 500 g strawberries, hulled

Recipe

• 1 place chocolate, cream, sugar and vanilla in a heat proof bowl over barely simmering water. do not allow bowl to touch the water.
• 2 stir constantly until chocolate melts.
• 3 divide mixture between 4 serving pots.
• 4 place extra cream in a piping bag with a small, plain round nozzle and drizzle the cream decoratively over sauce.
• 5 serve with strawberries.
