Straw Ba Nut Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 6 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 -1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, to taste
• 1 pint strawberry, sliced
• 2 bananas, mashed
• 1 cup pecans, chopped
• 1 cup milk
• 1 (8 ounce) container cool whip or 1 (8 ounce) container whipped cream
• 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained (optional)

Recipe

• 1 beat eggs until fluffy.
• 2 gradually add sugar; beat well.
• 3 add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.
• 4 add strawberries, nuts, bananans, and pineapple.
• 5 fold in whipped topping.
• 6 mix gently and pour into ice cream freezer.
• 7 add milk; freeze.
• 8 let stand in freezer, before opening, for 1 hour.
• 9 spoon into bowl and drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
