Parisan Warm Chocolate

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 5 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 simmer the milk, cream and sugar together until just below boiling.
  • 2 stir in the chocolate until melted.
  • 3 serve warm in demitasse cups.
