Sour Cream Brownies With Chocolate Velvet Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1 (19 1/2 ounce) package brownie mix
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (not reduced fat)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/4 cups sifted powdered sugar

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°; position oven rack in the lower third of the oven; spray the bottom only of an 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray.
