Shortbread Hearts

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 lb butter, melted
- 1/4 cup raspberry jam
- 8 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted
Recipe
- 1 sift dry ingredients together. add melter butter.
- 2 kneed slightly and roll on a lightly floured surface.
- 3 cup dough with a cutter.
- 4 bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until set, shortbread should not brown.
- 5 remove from cookie sheets and allow to cool completely.
- 6 dab one hart with respberry jam, then sandwich with another heart.
- 7 dip one half into melted chocolate or drizzle over the top. chill.
