Ruby Tuesday's Fudge Brownie Pie

Ingredients

• Servings: 8
• 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
• 1/4 lb butter
• 1/4 lb margarine
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 3 eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
• 1 cup flour, all purpose
• 1 teaspoon baking powder

Recipe

• 1 in a double boiler over simmering water, melt chocolate with butter and margarine.
• 2 remove from heat, blend in sugar then eggs,one at a time.
• 3 add 1/2 cup pecans with flour and baking powder and beat until smooth.
• 4 spray 9 inch round pan with cooking spray, pour in batter and sprinkle top with remaining pecans.
• 5 bake 35 minutes at 300 degrees, cool on rack.
• 6 do not refrigerate.
