Rocky Road Squares

Ingredients

• Servings: 12
• 4 cups chocolate chips
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 4 cups marshmallows
• 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Recipe

• 1 line a 9x13-inch pan with waxed paper, cut to fit. set aside.
• 2 measure chocolate chips into med saucepan. stir at low heat until melted.
• 3 remove from stove, continue stirring until smooth.
• 4 stir in peanut butter until evenly blended.
• 5 in a large bowl, mix marshmallows and nuts.
• 6 pour in the chocolate mixture and stir until just combined.
• 7 spread into pan and refrigerate until firm.
• 8 with sharp knife, cut into squares.
• 9 *note: half recipe uses an 8-inch square pan.
