Rocky Road Slice

Ingredients

• 200 g milk chocolate
• 70 g dark chocolate
• 25 g unsalted butter
• 50 g marshmallows, cut into small pieces
• 50 g shortbread cookies, chopped
• 100 g macadamia nuts
• 25 g raisins

Recipe

• 1 line bar pan with plastic wrap.
• 2 place chocolates in microwave bowl. cook for 1 minute, stir, repeat until choclate melted.
• 3 stir in marhsmallows then the rest of the ingredients.
• 4 spread in pan and chill for 2 hours until set.
• 5 slice and serve.
