Rocky Road Fudge

Total Time: 2 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 cups dry roasted peanuts
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) package miniature marshmallows

Recipe

  • 1 in saucepan or microwave, melt the chololate chips, milk, and margarine.
  • 2 in a large bowl, combine peanuts and marshmallows.
  • 3 pour chocolate mixture into nut mixture, mix well.
  • 4 spread into a waxed paper lined 9 x 13 pan.
  • 5 chill for 2 hours.
  • 6 turn onto a cutting board.
  • 7 peel off the paper.
  • 8 cut into squares.
  • 9 store loosley covered at room temperature.
