Rocky Road Bars

Ingredients

• 1 (6 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate bits
• 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
• 2 cups bisquick
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup miniature marshmallow
• 1/4 cup chopped nuts

Recipe

• 1 grease bottom of 13x9x2" baking pan.
• 2 heat 1/2 cup chocolate bits and butter in 1 quart saucepan over low heat.
• 3 stir occasionally, till melted.
• 4 mix bisquick, sugar, vanilla and eggs.
• 5 stir in chocolate/butter mixture; spread in pan.
• 6 bake for 15 minutes.
• 7 sprinkle with marshmallows, nuts and rest of chcolate bits.
• 8 bake 10-15 minutes till marshmallows are light brown.
• 9 cool.
• 10 cut into 2" squares.
