Peppermint Fudge

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons butter, softened (no substitutes)
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 3 tablespoons baking cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candy

Recipe

  • 1 line the bottom and sides of an 8 x 4 x 2 inch loaf pan with foil.
  • 2 grease foil with 1 1/2 t.

  • 11 stir in peppermint candy.
  • 12 spread evenly over chocolate layer.
  • 13 chill for about one hour or until firm.

  • 15 gently peel off foil.
  • 16 cut into squares.
