Intensely Densely Peanut Butter-chocolate Ice Cream

Total Time: 6 hrs Preparation Time: 6 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter

Recipe

  • 1 whip the cream until stiff.
  • 2 add the sugar and whip again.
  • 3 add the eggs one at a time, keep whipping.
  • 4 melt the chocolate and add to the cream mixture.
  • 5 keep whipping!
  • 6 add the peanut butter.
  • 7 whip like there's no tomorrow!
  • 8 pour into a freezer container.
  • 9 freeze for at least 6 hours.
  • 10 if using an ice cream makers follow the directions that came in the box.
