High Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups ice cold milk
  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth.
  • 2 refrigerate until chilled.
