"the" Brownies

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (20 ounce) box betty crocker fudge brownie mix (with chocolate syrup package)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag miniature marshmallows
  • 1 (1 lb) box 10x powdered sugar
  • 6 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter or 6 tablespoons margarine
  • 4 -6 tablespoons milk

Recipe

  • 1 preheat over to 350 degrees.
  • 2 grease a 8x11.5" baking dish (i use pam).
  • 3 stir together brownie mix, syrup package, eggs, oil and water. add the chocolate chips.
  • 4 pour into greased baking dish, bake until done.
  • 5 immediately after you take the brownies out of the oven, cover with a layer of marshmellows, let stand while you make icing.
  • 6 sift powdered sugar and cocoa powder together. add the melted butter and enough milk to make the consistency you like. (i start with about 3-4 tbsp). but make sure you add enough liquid so it will cover the top of the whole thing, but not too much to make it too runny.
  • 7 delicately spread over marshmellows.
  • 8 let cool completely.
