"the" Brownies

Ingredients
- 1 (20 ounce) box betty crocker fudge brownie mix (with chocolate syrup package)
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 (16 ounce) bag miniature marshmallows
- 1 (1 lb) box 10x powdered sugar
- 6 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 6 tablespoons melted butter or 6 tablespoons margarine
- 4 -6 tablespoons milk
Recipe
- 1 preheat over to 350 degrees.
- 2 grease a 8x11.5" baking dish (i use pam).
- 3 stir together brownie mix, syrup package, eggs, oil and water. add the chocolate chips.
- 4 pour into greased baking dish, bake until done.
- 5 immediately after you take the brownies out of the oven, cover with a layer of marshmellows, let stand while you make icing.
- 6 sift powdered sugar and cocoa powder together. add the melted butter and enough milk to make the consistency you like. (i start with about 3-4 tbsp). but make sure you add enough liquid so it will cover the top of the whole thing, but not too much to make it too runny.
- 7 delicately spread over marshmellows.
- 8 let cool completely.
