Quick Pots De Creme

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate bits
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon rum
  • 1 pinch salt

Recipe

  • 1 heat milk to boiling point.
  • 2 place all other ingredients in an electric blender, and add hot milk.
  • 3 blend at low speed one minute.
  • 4 stir with a rubber spatula to remove bubbles.
  • 5 pour into pot de creme cups and chill several hours before serving.
