Ingredients

- 1 cup milk
- 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate bits
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon rum
- 1 pinch salt
Recipe
- 1 heat milk to boiling point.
- 2 place all other ingredients in an electric blender, and add hot milk.
- 3 blend at low speed one minute.
- 4 stir with a rubber spatula to remove bubbles.
- 5 pour into pot de creme cups and chill several hours before serving.
