Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 7 ounces chocolate wafers, crushed
- 1/2 cup soft butter
- 3 cups chocolate ice cream
- 3 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup chocolate fudge sauce
Recipe
- 1 mix crushed wafers with butter, spread into bottom of 10-in spring form pan.
- 2 place ice cream containers on counter until ice cream is pliable, but not melting.
- 3 place ice creams in bowl of electric mixer or mix by hand.
- 4 mix ice cream just enough to create marbled effect.
- 5 fill cake pan, using spatula to help shape ice cream.
- 6 drizzle top with chocolate fudge sauce.
- 7 place in freezer just until chocolate hardens, then cover with sheet of waxed paper.
- 8 freeze 12 hours before serving.
- 9 serve with whipped cream if desired.
