Pol Martin-chart House Mud Pie

Total Time: 13 hrs Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 12 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 7 ounces chocolate wafers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup soft butter
  • 3 cups chocolate ice cream
  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup chocolate fudge sauce

Recipe

  • 1 mix crushed wafers with butter, spread into bottom of 10-in spring form pan.
  • 2 place ice cream containers on counter until ice cream is pliable, but not melting.
  • 3 place ice creams in bowl of electric mixer or mix by hand.
  • 4 mix ice cream just enough to create marbled effect.
  • 5 fill cake pan, using spatula to help shape ice cream.
  • 6 drizzle top with chocolate fudge sauce.
  • 7 place in freezer just until chocolate hardens, then cover with sheet of waxed paper.
  • 8 freeze 12 hours before serving.
  • 9 serve with whipped cream if desired.
