Noni's Sour Cream Chocolate Cake With Brown Sugar Icing

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 5 tablespoons cocoa
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 2 cups flour
• 1 pinch salt
• 4 eggs
• 2 cups sour cream
• 2 cups brown sugar
• 6 tablespoons butter
• 6 tablespoons whipping cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

• 1 mix ingredients together.
• 2 grease and flour a 9 x 13 pan.
• 3 bake in 9 x 13 pan in a 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes.
• 4 for brown sugar icing: in saucepan, add brown sugar, butter and whipping cream. bring to a boil.
• 5 boil 1 minute.
• 6 add 1 tsp vanilla.
