Miss Cindi's Banana-chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup nonfat sour cream
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup wheat germ (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mashed banana (about 2 bananas)
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 stir sour cream and baking soda together in a small bowl, set aside.
- 2 cream butter with sugar until light and fluffy.
- 3 add egg, beating well.
- 4 beat in sour cream mixture.
- 5 stir in remaining ingredients.
- 6 don't over mix.
- 7 spoon into greased muffin pans.
- 8 bake 350 degrees f, for 18-25 minutes.
- 9 let cool before removing from pan.
