Matcha Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
- 4 ounces chocolate, finely chopped
Recipe
- 1 in a heavy saucepan over medium heat, warm the half-and-half, stirring often to prevent sticking, until it is very hot.
- 2 remove from heat and sprinkle in the matcha and then the chocolate.
