Iced Chocolate

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons cornflour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups milk

Recipe

  • 1 in a saucepan combine first 3 ingredients with a small bit of the milk, to form a lump free paste.
  • 2 add rest of the milk and bring to boil,.
  • 3 remove and let cool.
  • 4 refrigerate until chilled.
  • 5 serve in a large glass with ice cream and whipped cream sprinkled with grated chocolate.
  • 6 can easily be double, tripled, etc.
