Rocky Road Cookies

Ingredients

• Servings: 12
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1/4 cup butter
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup flour
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup marshmallows
• 1 cup chopped nuts

Recipe

• 1 melt chocolate in a double boiler.
• 2 beat eggs until foamy and add chocolate.
• 3 stir in flour, baking soda, salt, marshmallows and nuts.
• 4 mix until all ingredients are combined.
• 5 spread into a 9 inch baking pan.
• 6 bake at 325 degrees until firm for 25 minutes.
• 7 let cool.
