Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 liter chocolate ice cream
- 250 g mini marshmallows
- 1 cup unsalted peanuts
- 100 g mars bars
- 8 ice cream, cones
Recipe
- 1 soften ice cream on bench for 15 minutes.
- 2 chop mars bars up into little bits.
- 3 transfer ice cream to a big bowl, beat till slushy.
- 4 mix in mini marshmallows, peanuts and mars bar bits.
- 5 cover with plastic wrap and re freeze till firm - about one hour.
- 6 scoop into cones.
