Ring Of Coconut Fudge Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup hot coffee
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chip
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 -3 tablespoon hot water

  • 2 mix all ingredients together in a bowl and set aside.

  • 4 grease and flour a bundt pan.
