Raspberry Chocolate Blondies

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup raspberry preserves
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350ºf.
- 2 prepare a 9x13 inch baking pan by spraying it with nonstick cooking spray.
- 3 in the bowl of a stand mixer with the flat beater attached, thoroughly cream together butter and sugars.
- 4 add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- 5 in a separate bowl, sift together flour, salt and baking powder.
- 6 with the mixer running on low, gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture.
- 7 pour the batter evenly into the prepared pan, spreading out well.
- 8 spoon raspberry preserves on top of the batter.
- 9 sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly around the top.
- 10 bake for 30-35 minute.
- 11 let cool before cutting into bars.
