Raspberry Chocolate Blondies

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup raspberry preserves
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350ºf.
  • 2 prepare a 9x13 inch baking pan by spraying it with nonstick cooking spray.
  • 3 in the bowl of a stand mixer with the flat beater attached, thoroughly cream together butter and sugars.
  • 4 add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • 5 in a separate bowl, sift together flour, salt and baking powder.
  • 6 with the mixer running on low, gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture.
  • 7 pour the batter evenly into the prepared pan, spreading out well.
  • 8 spoon raspberry preserves on top of the batter.
  • 9 sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly around the top.
  • 10 bake for 30-35 minute.
  • 11 let cool before cutting into bars.
