Ingredients
- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate (get the good stuff, ghirardelli)
- 1/4 cup raspberry liqueur or 1/4 cup raspberry juice
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
Recipe
- 1 combine over low heat until melted.
- 2 serve over ice cream or whatever.
- 3 garnish with whole raspberries.
