Peppermint Bon Bon

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 egg yolks, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 (1 ounce) chocolate squares
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 egg whites, beaten stiff
  • 1/2 gallon mint chocolate chip ice cream, slightly softened

Recipe

  • 1 spread a graham cracker crust in the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
  • 2 melt butter and chocolate. add egg yolks, sugar and vanilla. fold in egg whites.
  • 3 pour mixture over graham cracker crust. freeze 1 hour. spread ice cream over cooled layer and refreeze until serving.
