Mixed Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 cup mixed berry (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed ice
  • 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
  • 6 ounces low-fat berry yogurt or 6 ounces low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 -2 tablespoon hersheys chocolate syrup
  • 1 -2 tablespoon chocolate-flavor nestle nesquik powder

Recipe

  • 1 put all ingredients in blender. blend until there are no ice chunks. pour smoothie into glasses and top with whipped cream if desired. enjoy!
