Mintypops

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 3/4 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 8 chocolate-covered mint candies, chopped into small pieces

Recipe

  • 1 whizz everything together in a blender until smooth.
  • 2 pour into plastic molds and freeze.
  • 3 for an extra treat, dip the ends into cool melted chocolate. mmmmmmmmm -- .
