Mint Bavarian Dessert

Ingredients

- 1 cup flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup soft butter
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate syrup
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup soft butter
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2-3/4 teaspoon mint extract
- 3 drops green food coloring
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Recipe
- 1 cake: preheat oven to 350.
- 2 grease and flour 13x9x2 pan.
- 3 combine first 5 ingredients and bake 30 minutes.
- 4 cool completely.
- 5 mint creme center: combine next 5 ingredients and beat until smooth.
- 6 spread creme center over cake and refrigerate.
- 7 chocolate topping: melt butter and chocolate chips in a saucepan.
- 8 remove from heat and stir until smooth.
- 9 cool slightly, then pour chocolate over top of cake.
- 10 chill until ready to serve.
