- 50 g chocolate
- 100 g philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon icing sugar
Recipe
- 1 firstly, melt the chocolate in the microwave, continually stirring so that the chocolate doesn't burn.
- 2 add the melted chocolate and icing sugar to the cheese, whisk for around 2 minutes, being careful not to over whisk as this can cause the mixture to split.
- 3 store in the fridge until ready to use/serve.
