Really Low-fat Chocolate Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 1 quart nonfat yogurt (plain, nonfat, greek strained yogurt makes it really rich)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened dutch-processed cocoa powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 in bowl or food processor, combine all ingredients until sugar dissolves.
- 2 note: you can start with less sugar, and then just add sugar to taste until it's as sweet as you want it to be.
- 3 refrigerate until very cold -- at least four hours, or up to two days.
- 4 transfer to ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
