Pineapple En Salsa Chocolate De Ron

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 fresh pineapple, skinned and cored
  • 4 ounces dark chocolate
  • 1/4 pint half-and-half
  • 1 tablespoon dark rum

Recipe

  • 1 slice the pineapple and cut into chunks.
  • 2 in a small saucepan, heat the chocolate and cream gently until the chocolate has melted.
  • 3 stir in the rum.
  • 4 serve at once, dipping the pineapple into the warm sauce.
