Ingredients

- 1 fresh pineapple, skinned and cored
- 4 ounces dark chocolate
- 1/4 pint half-and-half
- 1 tablespoon dark rum
Recipe
- 1 slice the pineapple and cut into chunks.
- 2 in a small saucepan, heat the chocolate and cream gently until the chocolate has melted.
- 3 stir in the rum.
- 4 serve at once, dipping the pineapple into the warm sauce.
