Passover Cheesecake

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 can chocolate macaroons
  • 1/2 cup ground almonds
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter

Recipe

  • 1 in processor: combine the macaroons, ground almonds and butter.
  • 2 shape crust in 10 inch springform pan.
  • 3 mix together the cream cheese, eggs and sugar.
  • 4 add cheese mixture to crust.
  • 5 bake@ 350 degrees for 1 hour or till set.
  • 6 make one day ahead.
  • 7 refrigerate.
  • 8 can be topped with fresh fruit.
