Oatmeal Butterscotch Chocolate Chip Bars

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup softened butter
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked quick oats
- 1 1/2 cups butterscotch chips
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 grease a 9x13 inch cake pan.
- 3 combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a small bowl.
- 4 set aside.
- 5 in a large bowl, combine butter, sugars, and eggs.
- 6 beat until creamy.
- 7 blend in four mixture and oats.
- 8 pour in 3/4 cups of butterscotch chips and 3/4 cups chocolate chips.
- 9 spread batter into cake pan.
- 10 sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.
- 11 bake for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- 12 let cool and cut into bars.
