Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 in mixing bowl put rolled oats& boiling water.
- 2 without cooling, add marge& cocoa.
- 3 mix well, add brown sugar& eggs.
- 4 beat with a wire whisk.
- 5 add flour, baking powder, soda& vanilla.
- 6 beat again with wire whisk.
- 7 pour into a greased 9x9 square pan& bake 30 min@ 350.
