Moist Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup rolled oats
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1/2 cup margarine
• 4 tablespoons cocoa
• 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe

• 1 in mixing bowl put rolled oats& boiling water.
• 2 without cooling, add marge& cocoa.
• 3 mix well, add brown sugar& eggs.
• 4 beat with a wire whisk.
• 5 add flour, baking powder, soda& vanilla.
• 6 beat again with wire whisk.
• 7 pour into a greased 9x9 square pan& bake 30 min@ 350.
