Rum Balls

Ingredients

  • Servings: 36
  • 12 ounces chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 6 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 1 cup rum
  • 5 cups finely crushed vanilla wafers
  • confectioners' sugar
  • crushed nuts (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 melt chocolate.
  • 2 mix in remaining ingredients.
  • 3 make into 1 inch balls.
  • 4 roll in confectioners sugar.
  • 5 add crushed nuts if desired.
  • 6 refrigerate until firm.
