- 12 ounces chocolate chips
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 1 cup rum
- 5 cups finely crushed vanilla wafers
- confectioners' sugar
- crushed nuts (optional)
Recipe
- 1 melt chocolate.
- 2 mix in remaining ingredients.
- 3 make into 1 inch balls.
- 4 roll in confectioners sugar.
- 5 add crushed nuts if desired.
- 6 refrigerate until firm.
