One Minute Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients

• 4 tablespoons butter
• 4 tablespoons water
• 1 ounce semisweet chocolate (1 square) or 1 ounce bittersweet chocolate (1 square)
• 1 cup sugar

Recipe

• 1 stir all ingredients in a thick bottomed saucepan over low heat until well dissolved.
• 2 bring to a boil and boil for exactly one minute.
• 3 remove from heat and continue to stir until thickened.
