Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons water
- 1 ounce semisweet chocolate (1 square) or 1 ounce bittersweet chocolate (1 square)
- 1 cup sugar
Recipe
- 1 stir all ingredients in a thick bottomed saucepan over low heat until well dissolved.
- 2 bring to a boil and boil for exactly one minute.
- 3 remove from heat and continue to stir until thickened.
