Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cups half-and-half
• 1/4 cup chocolate chips (or chocolate coarsely chopped)
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
• whipped cream

Recipe

• 1 in a saucepan, combine the half-and-half, chocolate, and salt.
• 2 cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth.
• 3 remove from heat and add in vanilla; whisk until frothy.
• 4 pour into warmed mugs.
• 5 garnish with whipped cream.
